Shipping

• Free shipping on every order. It is included in the price you see.
• Where from: your parcel ships directly from our supplier’s warehouse in China. We do not hold stock ourselves.
• Delivery estimate: 7–15 days after dispatch for most items, 12–20 days for electrical items (each product page shows its own estimate). These are estimates based on the carrier’s quoted transit times, not guarantees.
• Processing time before dispatch: [order processing time — confirm with CJ]
• Tracking: you receive a tracking number by email once your parcel has actually been dispatched. We never show an order as shipped before that.
• Customs, import VAT and duties: [to be confirmed before launch: how import VAT/duty is collected, e.g. via IOSS; customers must never be surprised by a fee at the door]

Cancellations and returns

• Under EU consumer law you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. Contact us to start a return.
• Return address and who pays return shipping: [to be provided; items ship from China, so this must be decided before launch]
• Faulty, damaged or wrong items: tell us within [x] days with a photo and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method.
